They are probably are yes, I imagine there are a lot of questions about the mistake with the cards. 

Please just try and be patient, and if your enquiry is about the Guild ball cards the official advice is just wait, they will send the replacements to everyone.

I am missing components from my Kalameet dragon expansion, but I have also read that SFG have been over whelmed with similar issues so I was wondering on wait times and it has been little over a week.

There’s also been steamcon US last weekend and the new season of guild ball, as well as steamcon UK coming up. It’s a busy time. 

I’d say wait until it’s two weeks or so since you emailed, then maybe try again.
