I think people play at DS regularly.

Where are you based?

just near Mile End, so DS is no problem - just they dont seem to have any specific GB events listed (like monday is War Machine, FNM etc) so I imagine youd have to organise with people before hand? But i dont know people heh ~

@radass

There is a DS Guildball Facebook group. That may be your best bet.

Getting to DS is not easy for me since I work out in Surrey so I do not get there much.

@Odin is there frequently as he is one of the store pundits.

Whereabouts in Surrey do you work? I'm fairly new to the game and looking for more opportunity to play.

I live in Chessington if that gives you a point of reference.

@SurreyLee I work in Leatherhead but live in Surbiton.

I believe @UciB has been in touch with you about getting a game in at some point? We play in Surbiton with @MattyBurns and a couple of others over the weekends.

Yes, he has been in touch. @MattyBurns kindly came to me for a demo. Looking like i'll get to Tolworth this Friday for a game. Weekends as a rule are family time, in the day at least.

I can host games generally on a Wednesday or a Thursday if that helps you or @UciB??

Another couple of chaps got their first demo last week too who live in Surbiton.

All sounds great mate. I am trying to get to Tolworth more but I have my first dissertation supervision this week in London so will not be getting back in time for that. Maybe next week.

If you are making it down I will book you in for a game!

bought my ticket! First event ^_^, are there any regular London meet ups for GB to get some practice against different people/brush up on game etiquette?

If you're near Mile End, I'd definitely suggest checking out Tanelorn in Leytonstone, and apparently HATE in Bethnal Green is really good too.  Both very easy to get to from Mile End.  I'm trying to get Tuesday as the regular GB night, with a league starting soon.  Best thing is to join the Facebook group and ask who fancies a game.

Id be up for that, especially with the big leagues campaign rules in S2.
Cheers for the heads up!

Right next to Surbiton High School. I can host games easily enough, though I don't usually get back from work until 6.30pm

@SurreyLee - Still waiting on the garage for my bike so as soon as I have her back, we can book some weekday games as I get home from work too late otherwise

@Bowlzee - Great to see another player in Surbs. We normally gather at Maple Works for a few games so I'll let you know when we've scheduled one if you'd like to join

Wednesday and Thursday evenings are best for me as a rule. Can host Wednesday, can venture out and host Thursday. Just a 71 bus or short drive away, let me know chaps... @Bowlzee and @UciB

I can easily host 3 or 4 games at mine, but would definitely be interesting in meeting at Maple Works. Only 5 minutes from me.

I play at Tolworth First Founding on Friday, and South London Legion on Wednesdays. Thursday evenings are best. And with gf back in Brazil, free most other times too.
