Tenderiser Assembly

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

After almost 2 months of waiting on our useless postal service, all of my butchers arrived safely in South Africa.

Needless to say, I dived into assembling them right away.

Busy with Tenderiser, just wanted to know if anyone else struggled a bit with getting his arms attached to the model; it seems to be a bit of a tight squeeze to get it set into his right armpit, might be a bit of a casting issue in my case? The leg is the way of slotting it in there :|

Thanks!

I used some padded long nose pliers to open the arms up a little then once the arm near the leg was in place closed the gap again with the pliers. Works fine and looks good.

Hope this helps some

I had the same issue(the gap was identical to your picture). I was afraid bending might make the pose awkward, so I used a little green stuff and a lot of smoothing it out to make it work.  Turned out good for me, good luck.

Same with me, some "creative" positioning allowed me to kind of snap the arm into where it was supposed to be!  I'll post a pic when I'm back at home.

I had the same problem and solved it with gently carving away bits from the leg, so the arms slotted in.

As indicator where to carve off  from the legs I used the shininess from test fitting.
