Hey gang, Lots of people have brought up ideas for storing the complete game and all the miniatures in one single container. I went back and skimmed the comments section of the Kickstarter page and some of the ideas tossed around were: A box resembling an in-game item box (complete with save room music) A metal Umbrella attache case with the green & blue double helix spirals A silver rifle case marked with Umbrella logos, interior storage for the game and foam trays for the minis A giant "handgun bullets" box resembling the old game art So, what ideas do you have to store the game, add ons & miniatures? This is a great place to share designs and ideas, and come next year we can start sharing photos of our storage solutions. Cheers...
We are running a contest to give away some XCase expandable display and transport cases. I'm starting to actually put togehter my teams and get some painting done at last, but I need a case to store them. I backed for 4 teams and bought Blackheart & Coin so all my free Union players could be used as a 5th team. I've mostly been thinking of KR, getting a medium cardboard case with 4 of their Guild Ball foam trays, which will cost me £35+P&P, so I've been holding off a little. Today, however, I went into Games Workshop to get some paints, and saw their new cases in the flesh for the first time. The manager was very positive about them (obviously; he wants to make a sale) but he's a trustworthy chap, so now I'm thinking about getting a GW Skirmish case (£30). So I have some questions: Has anyone used one of the new GW cases? How is it for Guild Ball models? Am I going to fit all 5 teams in the Skirmish case? Are the KR custom Guild Ball trays any good? What do other people use for storage/transport of their teams?
