    I love Guild Ball miniatures!!!

Is there a link to the picture? How recently was it posted to the guild ball supporters page?
  2. Farmers box set faced off against Union (Blackheart, Strongbox, Decimate, Gutter, Avarisse&Greede and Rage). My opponent was trying out a new team with Blackheart and that changed things for my favor, Windle scored all 12 points for Farmers through great setup by his teammates. Blackheart scored two goals and he took out Grange turn 3. Windle was able snackbreak their whole team pretty much and much away on souls.

    Thresher seeks stronger foe

Farmers (Thresher, Peck, Tater, Millstone, Jackstraw, and Grace) took on Masons (Honour, Wrecker, Harmony, Mallet, Granite and Tower) and a sweep of a game. First turn Thresher got into Honour, Harmony and Wrecker, then dodged to get to Tower and knock3d them all down. To start off turn two Thresher made them fear the reaper and he brought tater close with a counter charge that gave them both protection with Millstone and lost of damage to hand out. Thresher scored after taking out Wrecker then Jackstraw scored later on turn two. My opponent tried to kill the ball in a corner, but Jack can get anywhere. So jack retrieved the ball towards the end of turn 3 and my opponent conceded knowing jack will score again, and if he doesn’t, Thresher has a weak Honour, Harmony and Tower close by to finish off.
  4. Farmers (Thresher, Peck, Tater, Millstone, Jackstraw, and Grace) played against Alchemists (Midas, Naja, Compound, oKat, Venin, and Vitriol) in a masterfully well played game tonight. Grace was a fun sub in for Harrow and I still had plenty of harvest markers. At the end of turn 1 Thresher made his way into the Alchemists and knocked down 3 and dealt lots of damage with don’t fear the... turn two Jackstraw came in to help after stealing the ball from Midas and scored. Fun fact, Compound can’t do shit against Jack because he doesn’t advance really! At the end of turn two, Thresher took out oKat. Midas scored right away at the start of turn 3 but became an easy target for Tater to finish off. Thresher also took out Vitriol and Venin in one activation to secure the win for the Farmers 12-4.
  5. I don’t remember this game was well because it was 5 games ago but two days ago. Alchemists (Midas, Naja, Calculus, oKat, Venin and Vitriol) faced off against Masons (Honour, Wrecker, Harmony, Flint, Granite and Mallet). Alchemists did a good job controlling the middle of the field with the Alt Deployment with oKat knocking people down. This eventually lead to a Vitriol goal at the end of Turn two. At the start of turn 3 Vitriol was able to snag the ball off Flint and score a second goal. My opponent, being new, tried to get some points on the board and he rushed Flint up and scored. This gave Midas the ability to grab the ball, dodge around and score the final goal of the match.

    Midas returns to crush Honour

Alchemists (Midas, Naja, Crucible, oKat, Venin, and Vitriol) played against Masons (Honour, Wrecker, Harmony, Flint, Granite, and Mallet) for a quick win of 3 goals. We played in the new pitch formations and we both had some learning to do. The first turn everyone just poked their way around without much happening besides Vitriol taking a lot of damage and healing back up. Turn two Vitriol scores at the end of the round because oKat had pretty much everyone burning an knocked down on their butts. Venin and Calculus kept everyone else poisoned. My first activation of turn 3 was Vitriol stealing the ball away from Flint and scoring agiain. My opponent is still new to the strategy of guild ball so when he got the ball back in Olay he immediately went for a goal with Flint and put it in the back of the net with a 6 dice shot (Mallet aura and bonus time). The ball scattered right back to Midas who pushed and dodged his way out of the scrum and put the final goal away leaving the final score 12-4.

    Blackheart keeps Union alive

Farmers Honest Land box vs Union Blackheart, Strongbox, Harry, Decimate, A&G, and Mist. Farmers really struggled to keep possession of the ball even though they received the ball because they kept missing passes even within Grange’s passive. This allowed Decimate to pick up a loose ball and dodge around Bushel for the first goal at the start of the second turn. Blackheart also took out Harrow at the end of the turn and threatened to take the ball from Peck, but lacked one influence to take the ball and shoot. Windle was also able to take out Greede with Snack Break to put the score at 3 Farmers to 6 Union. At the start of the third turn, Blackheart finally got the ball off Peck and put the ball in the goal and dodged into tap in range. Windle got a big Snack Break to take out Avarisse and at the end of the turn Jackstraw put in a goal for the farmers. Score is 10-10. Grange tried to activate first to finish off Harry but was 2 HP from taking him out for the win. Mist retrieved the loose ball from the goal sprinted to to pass to Blackheart who successfully made a tap in goal for the win!

    Looking for Tater

Are you looking for anything specific to trade for? Do you know what shipping is like all the way to Utah?
  10. I played a game of farmers box set swapping bushel for tater. I played against a Smoke alchemist team. Tater kicked and tried to pressure vitriol enough to threaten the goal first activation, by using the GIC to put out two harvest markers. Vitriol was able to avoid the charge, but Crucible wasn’t so lucky and was eaten by Windle before the end of the first turn. Alchemists were quite unlucky with dice and vitriol missed a shot and that got her taken out because she couldn’t use knee slider. Grange was finally able to set up on vKat with Smoke and Calculus within his honest labor waiting for Windle to come and munch on them as well. With Grange, Windle, Tater and Jackstraw all engaging the knocked down Alchemist team the game was over right at the start of turn 3. i forgot to take pictures because it was such a fast game, but now that I have my farmers painted up I really want to get them in some pictures!

    Smoke remains undefeated

Smoke, Naja, Crucible, Calculus, vKat and Vitriol faced off against Hammer, Marbles, Brick, Chisel, Mallet and Tower (my opponent was using some of my Alchemists as proxies). first turn my opponent did a great job of moving the ball away from Vitriol to the far side of the pitch, but on his last activation he got baited into passing the ball back into the middle of the pitch. I won initiative and got Vitriol in range to steal the ball from Tower while engaging Brick and marbles so they couldn’t counter charge. Vitriol got a first activation goal of the 2nd turn and managed to stay alive the rest of the game due to poor dice rolling and her clone. Smoke helped spread 12 points of damage with her legendary to set up a big vKat Witness Me!. vKat did a good job of soaking attention and damage to set up the Witness me on Tower and Brick and Marbles. At the start of turn 3 Vitriol was able to sneak away from Chisel without dying and avoid a potentially life ending parting blow (living with 2 hp) to score the final points of the game.
  13. Well I replayed the previous match of Smoke, Naja, Crucible, VKai, Vitriol and Calculus vs Blackheart, Strongbox, Decimate, Snakeskin, Harry and Mist. The final score ended up being 12-8 for Alchemists. Vitriol got a first activation goal stealing the ball from decimate and after the goal she awaited her death at the end of the first turn. Turn 2 Blackheart scored then got killed by vKat using intensify and Witness Me!. To end the game, Vitriol sprinted up the field, dodged off Strongbox and scored the winning VP’s. this is shaping up to be a fun team even though I really like the original Smoke team. this has easy 2 goal - 1 Witness me take out.

    Completed Alchemist team

Good call, I didn’t use beeswax, I just used super glue to seal the cork and then glued the cork to the bottle. I held it upside down and shook it to make sure it wouldn’t leak and it sealed really well (for now) haha. Here in Utah, USA I will eventually have to be concerned with the high temperature, but not for another 6 months probably.

    Completed Alchemist team

I’ve had this team for a few months, but finally finished painted them all about a month ago. I was waiting to get some inspiration about the goal marker and @Tasku helped me find something that I liked and I felt represented both captains and their different play styles! Please note, this is my first miniatures game and the first models I have painted. I know they aren’t the best by any means, but I thoroughly enjoyed this newfound creative side of me and bringing these models to life in a small way. Hope you enjoy!
