    Card Game Expansion

    When does it ship? Also does the ship date (if accurate on the site) mean thats when it ships from Factories meaning those of us in the US wont actually get it til late December/early January?
  2. Not being in one piece isnt the issue. The issue is the individual pieces not fitting in the holes they're supposed to. I shouldnt have to modify them myself to fit they should fit fine straight out of the box. The OTHER minis fit together just fine. It's just those two that dont.
  3. Ok so guardian dragon wings dont fit. Unlike the rest of you I lack the "surgical skills" necessary to make them fit. Gaping Dragons tail barely fits and falls off a lot, and I cant seem to get ANY of the four wings in ANY of the slots. Cant even begin to see how they should fit. I think we should get better quality minis or something I mean nowhere did what I ordered say "some assembly required" or "you'll need to get tools out to make your stuff fit because god forbid we do our job right and we're always delaying stuff to wait for approval yet somehow Bandai saw all these non fitting pieces and decided to give their approval anyway?"

    Dark Souls Card Game

    So the card game is in SFG warehouse and we'll get it before march 16th? Few things I find wrong with that: 1) Arent those shipping boxes a bit big for a card game? What else is in them? 2) For those of us in the US dont they have to ship from SFG to hubs first then ship to us? 3) Speaking of shipping how are we all getting it before release. When it takes boats like a month to get from SFG to the US. Then god knows how many weeks to unload, go through customs and finally ship from their to homes?
  5. Based on my count unless things are being packaged different than I imagine, the stretch goals plus all add ons (both regular and retail exclusives) = 18 boxes? That sounds like a HUGE space hog for one game, unless of course these are some VERY small boxes?

    Anyone know SFG replacement shipping method and time?

    finally got my replacement minis today. 9 business days after being shipped. Well now you all know exactly how long this entire process takes lol Also Black_Hand I got that same message with my situation, and just so you know "shortly" means 2-3 weeks.... Yeah they WILL contact you back but.. its gonna take THAT long

    Well I got something shipped from Belgium and it surprisingly got to me in 10 days (even WITH customs) so lets hope that happens again lol)
  9. Anyone know where SFG ships their replacement parts from and how long it takes? Im in the US they emailed me on Monday stating my replacements had been shipped that day... 6 days later I still have nothing in the mail

    Well 18 days after that last email they sent. I get this: " Hi Antoine, Thank you for your patience, I have those replacements going out to you now. Kind Regards, Steamforged Games Support Team" Finally. Now to see how long delivery takes. Also PSA if you need replacements from SFG. Expect to wait 6 weeks before they tell you theyll send em then probably another week for delivery

    Id agree if I didnt see posts such as this one: http://forums.steamforged.com/index.php?/topic/37233-a-quick-thank-you/ As for not physically having the staff to reply faster. Didnt their last update say they hired more? Lastly what was the point of making me wait two weeks just to tell me: " We will be in contact shortly with the resolution to this problem." I would have rather they waited until they had the actual resolution to the problem before getting back to me at all. I mean they coulda waited until they were ready to say "we will be shipping replacements" before responding at all. after all "We will be in contact shortly with the resolution to this problem." Doesnt guarantee they will be replying to me with good news. So what if their "resolution" is to do nothing? I waited 2+ weeks just to hear that? Yup that would be great lol.

    Im quite well aware that that SEEMS to contradict exactly what I said previously. however I said "lets not praise the sun yet" As in "Hearing from an actual human IS a GOOD thing buts its definitely no reason to CELEBRATE. Im still waiting for my follow up reply after getting that Human... its been... 8 days now... I guess "soon" really DOES mean 2+ weeks to them lol

    lets not praise the sun just yet, All thats been done is Ive been informed by a non robot that my issue has been SEEN. Ill wait for the part where they tell me what if anything is gonna be done about it and when it will be done

    Well finally got a reply: "Hello Antoine, I'm sorry for the delay in reply, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is an issue which we are currently working to resolve, as I'm sure you can appreciate that we are very busy at the moment as we work to make sure that everyone gets their copy of the Dark Souls game. We will be in contact shortly with the resolution to this problem. Kind Regards, Steamforged Games Support Team" Which to me just says "we got your email and we'll be contacting you o tell you what we'll do next" as opposed to "we got your email and we WILL be sending replacements at some point" Well lets just hope by "we will be in contact shortly..." means the dictionary definition of shortly and not the SFG definition of 2+ weeks

    Thats why I said HAVING the intellect to do so. I never said everyone DID infact I was implying that most dont so in otherword "If most people werent stupid and knew how to write a proper subject line in their email then that wouldnt be an issue"
