  1. To be honest, i just sat back and relaxed, because they page said i would get an E-Mail as soon as it goes live... If it weren't for a post on - YES, REALLY - 9GAG showing the game, i wouldn't have realized it's "released" at all. Still nope... Quoting myself here from another topic just in case someone with a similiar problem as me stumbles upon this thread - as i did. And then they just resent the survey to the wrong e-mail adress, even though i was mailing them from the correct one. I managed to identify the hickup that caused it, it's not SFGs fault, but also not mine. Even though i changed the E-Mail adress in my paypal account years ago, they got my old one, which has been hijacked and thus terminated even more years ago. It was never an issue, until now. I will not get the game before the next wave. And as i allready know my shipping adress will change later this year, i can only dream of the issues to be solved then. I really hope support can work this out before it goes to hell...
  2. Dark Souls Service Times

uhm, ok... i guess? So, i finally got a reply from support. It's something, but still strange. They claim not to have any payment from me, in return i sent Screenshots from my paypal account showing the transaction. Waiting for an answer on those... They also got the wrong E-Mail adress, which is funny comming to think of it: They could actually link my paypal transaction to my E-Mail while having the wrong E-Mail linked to the pledge manager while they "have not taken payment". Maybe there are background mechanics at work i cannot comprehend, but it sounds weird as fuck to me. Editing in some more thought, in case someone with the same problem as me stumbles into this thread: And then they just resent the survey to the wrong e-mail adress, even though i was mailing them from the correct one. 3. Oh yeah? Strange how i can print details of the payment in paypal. And if they tell you, after they got your money, that you will get an E-Mail once the manager goes live but you didn't get that e-mail for whatever reason, then it is at least something their support should look into. But you know yourself how well that currently works. Edit: I'd actually be fine with not getting it anymore, if i had my money back. The next store has it in shelf, but i am not going to drop double money on this.
  4. thanks for that headsup. I just searched my inbox. Nothing from anything related to backerkit. Kickstarter just brings up mails from 2015 and i actually did not kickstart the game, i latepledged and i am pretty sure it said to have steamforged.com whitelisted. Even searching for "Dark Souls" doesn't bring up anything related to this mess.
  5. Pre orders on steamforged

you won't have any luck, the same way others don't have any luck. My advise is to try and pull back that money. They might be forced to react to THAT...
  6. that's the point. I NEVER had any E-Mail from steamforged in my inbox, even though the domain is whitelisted. The single and only E-Mail in my inbox from steamforged is an automatic reply to my ticket, saying that someone will reply to me, which NEVER happened up until today. The fact that this autoresponder came through confirms that the whitelist is actually working. I still couldn't exclude any faults during the registration process on my end and tried to get in touch with steamforged without any success and that is why i am pissed af right now. So what effectively happened - even though it might not have been intended - is: I was ripped off my money with no service in return.
  7. Dark Souls Service Times

another update from me then: As it is nearing the 3 weeks mark without ANY reply, neither via E-Mail nor via Facebook i have decied to try and get my money back via Paypal. However, since this was a kickstart / latepledge payment, it's more than 180 days ago that the payment was made. Paypal does not even allow to file claims on transactions that old. Congratulations @Steamforged, you succesfully ripped me off. You took my money without ANY service in return. From what i currently know there is no way for me to get back to you. So i grant you that victory but you should know, that is exactly what i will tell everyone arround me about your business. You are professionals, so you probably know how "big" the community for board games and niche shops is in certain areas. Rest assured, what i have to say about it will be heard at my local shop.
  8. Missing kickstarter items

wat?! That excuse of a customer support actually reacted to you? Allmost 3 weeks without any reply for me now
  9. yes, the site said, i would get an E-Mail to activate my pledge-manager login. I didn't. I can 100% confirm, that i did NOT get any E-Mail whatsoever... I would like to contact support abotu that. I mean, i cannot say i am 100% positive, that there is no fault about it on my end, but not getting a reply from support in allmost 3 weeks now, doesn't really strengthen my will to co-operate with SFG Edit: i hope this post makes any sense to seomone reading it, drunk AF right now
  10. no reply in 2 weeks via E-Mail no response via Facebook either I probably will contact PayPal about te chargeback, but i actually doubt the will just refund a sum of that size after that time. But i will give it a try if SFG insists on not even reacting.
  11. well tbh: SF took my money but still didn't supply me a log in or link to the pledge manager. So they took my money to send something to me, but actually never asked for the adress. So from my perspective the assumption, that this is a scam isn't THAT far fedged.
  12. Dark Souls Service Times

@TheHandsomeDan wow that's.... wtf! I still got no reply at all. I tried it via Facebook aswell in the meantime roundabout 30 hours ago. Seems like no one has even read the message so far. I am seriously thinking about contacting paypal to at least try to refund my money. However i doubt paypal will be able to help me with a sum this big and after this time :/
  13. Dark Souls Service Times

    2 weeks, no reply whatsoever.
  14. yup, you at least could give them your shipping information so they could at least send something to you in theory. In my case, they never asked for an adress or anything, just took my money :/
