    Selling Fish

Location: Canada (Ontario), shipping should be cheap enough to US though I have the following metal models, some partially painted: Shark Salt Angel Siren Kraken Greyscales Corsair Sakana Jac Plus Season 1 official tokens. Asking 50 USD / 70 CAD + shipping (would be about $10 I think).

    GBKeeper 2.0 Released

There are, but they are lacking things I like that yours has the stats right on the overview page. My preferred app, GB Scrum, does that, but also has the playbook. It doesnt have S4 updates though. That might be a good suggestion to add to your app, perhaps? Put a small diagram of the playbook below the stats. That allows you to quickly see what results you can choose instead of having to open the card, especially useful when trying to decide what to do during your next activation, etc.

That's a bummer! Any chance of open sourcing it for community porting? :3

Glorious! 🤗 Totally understand time haha! If it's something the community can help with, I'd be willing to help if i can

G.B. Scrum: Android / Web App

I will throw my hat in to support an update for GB Scrum! It's been my favourite for a long time. I wonder if it's a copyright issue, if SF has an "official" app, maybe they are Cease & Desisting other apps, which would be pretty lame. Ziggy if you're willing to make it open source and make the content packs separate for import, or something?
  6. Hey guys. I've been working on creating an up-to-date, printer-friendly version of the rulebook that can be easily used for reference either in physical form or using a computer/mobile device. I created this for my own usage and within my local gaming group, but I wanted to offer it to the Guild Ball community. I wanted to wait for Steamforged to okay it before posting, and they've been supportive, so here it is. I just want to make it clear that this document is unofficial. While the official rulebook is really sexy and the fluff in it is great, it has some problems as a reference document. The PDF file is large and cumbersome, does not have bookmarks or links, and is not easily searchable. The rules are broken up with pages of fluff and they aren't updated with the latest errata. The document contains all the core rules from the rulebook along with changes from the errata and additions from official rules clarifications. Changes that deviate from the official rulebook are noted with a footnote. Let me know what you guys think. I'd appreciate any feedback or suggestions. If there's enough interest, I'll keep it updated as new erratas and clarifications are posted. https://www.dropbox.com/s/3hkeoea60wbq64l/GuildBallRules.pdf?dl=0 (Also available as a .docx if anyone is interested) Thanks!
  7. Seems like a missed opportunity! I'd love to get this on my phone. My wife won't let me borrow her iPad for my silly nerd games Looks really great, though! I will try it out if I can when its available.

    Rankings Website

Sweet! A couple of questions: 1) what does the guild icon is the last column represent? I assume most of these players play more than one guild. Is it the most recent played? Most played? 2) It would be cool to see an aggregate of games by guild rather than by player, like you've posted in the past.
  9. Sweet! Done! Good luck guys I think you deserve it.

    Casual ball

Yeah I had this thought a couple weeks ago, too! I think it's really neat. The one thing that stopped me from doing it was that I would need my kick scatter template anyways when I had to scatter off of a model instead of open ground. In that case, you template needs to be placed up against the models base rather than the ball's. There's already some inaccuracy with that, too, when doing this with 40mm or 50mm bases. One option is to paint those scatters on all your models bases, but that gets tedious and not as fun. Still, I think this is a cool idea and certainly doesn't hurt!

    Transport Options

I bought this bag off Amazon.com for $40 US: http://www.amazon.com/Feldherr-MAXI-large-Tanks-Monster/dp/B00JDE3524/ref=pd_sim_sbs_21_16?ie=UTF8&dpID=51k%2Brk%2BhwBL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR155%2C160_&refRID=1VR50SWGQSRFC0RJNHKK I really like the quality of it. It fits literally everything with a lot of room to grow. My 9 models takes up about 1/3 (maybe) of the top small tray, and in the bottom I have little containers with all my tokens, my tape measure, my cards, widgets, markers, etc, with a bunch of room left. The bottom is really quite large and would be a lot of wasted space for just models, but they do have other configurations with smaller trays. My chess clock also slides nicely in the side.

    Collected Guild Ball Resources

I created this errata'd, printer-friendly rules doc: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3hkeoea60wbq64l/GuildBallRules.pdf?dl=0 They're not nearly as pretty as malladin.ben's, but they are updated with errata and clarifications. If malladin decides to incorporate these into his I'll gladly retire mine.
  13. I remember seeing a post somewhere that broke down sanctioned event results in aggregate by Guild. I'd be interested in seeing that if its still around and being updated, but I can't find it and search brings up nothing... Thanks!
  14. Yeah I don't know where we got that idea from. I think someone randomly called their team something else and we all kind of piled on. Everyone in our meta has a unique team name now. I felt so incredibly pleased with myself when I came up with "Piggers" for my Butchers. It hits so many spots... (No one else seemed quite so impressed)
  15. Glad you like it. I fully intend to keep it updated to the best of my ability.
  16. PIGGERS ARE NUMBER ONE! Can't wait for our next event.

The Kick Off: A Guild Ball Podcast

What's the feed for the podcast so I can subscribe (using Podcast Addict, for instance)? If I plug in the feed from the website I get the general Armada Games podcast which doesn't have the TKO episode on it.

    An ax to grind

Does he affect regular charges? I don't remember reading this anywhere, but the charge rules say you make an attack without paying influence...
  20. Hey guys. I continually run across spoilers, previews, and teasers for models as I listen to podcasts or randomly stumble across an image on Google Search of a new model. Often these are old news but new to me. Is there any collection of spoiled images, rules, model photos, etc. for folks like me that come into the game late and haven't d all the fancy social media channels for months?

    Collected Spoilers?

That I-Spy thread is almost exactly what I was looking for, I guess. I'd think a non-season specific spoiler thread would be better, but it's the same thing at this point. Thought do wish they had pictures. Maybe I'll just take the time to hunt them down myself, now that I have names. I feel dumb for not noticing it on the first page of this forum. In my defense though the title "I-Spy" wasn't exactly on my radar Thanks!

    An ax to grind

I do have that problem, especially with Boiler. The 4" range on Brisket's Princess buff is a bit easier to get off and safer.

    An ax to grind

Brisket's damage output seems really lacklustre until you get her near Princess, or so I've found in my handful of games. +2 TAC means she gets more wraps off, and under Ox's Legendary, can be getting 8 damage on each attack (or 12 on a charge!!), and she's got a lot of momentum on that playbook.

    St. Louis Open

I went to WMW minorly irritated by all the hype Guild Ball was getting. I left completely intrigued by the game and with a set of every Butcher model Muse had for sale. Big thanks to Mat, Jamie and Jason for the chats and demos! We had a blast and now we've brought the game to our meta. Looking forward to competing next year.
