Had my first game with this format yesterday. Used both "Kicker gets 1 momentum" and the "Kicker - all receiver - rest of kicker format" variations. Opponent Skatha, Snow, vetHearn, Seenah, Ulfr and Minx kicked into my Fillet, Princess, Boiler, Boar, Meathook and Minx. Set up was: --- Snow --- vetHearn --- --- Minx --- Skatha (K) --- --- Ulfr --- Seenah --- --- Minx --- Boar --- --- Fillet --- Boiler --- --- Meathook --- Princess --- My thoughts after the game: Need to put way more thought into both deployment and activation this way. Went Boar first, and while he actually did some damage onto Skatha (she kicked off and ended up in range of Boar), it left him open for the rest of his team. The first turn was way more intense and fun using this format. As other have mentioned before, turn 2+ feels more or less like a regular game. I would have no problem adapting this format as a standard format, as I can see models currently not being used, making an appearance in this format. Need to get more games in

Thanks. It's a made up one. Wanted to use Yellow as the main colour and thought green would be a nice addition. Thinking of going back to my earlier models (Butchers especially) and re-paint/touch up them.
  7. Balefirestorm's WIP

    Fangtooth finished as well
  8. Captains

So far I actually prefer Esters over Tapper. I do like having a Captain that does not force a specific activation order. I always feel that I need to activate Tapper first to get the most of him. She can switch between slinging off damage from a distance, to supporting friendly models with her free buff. She just feels more flexible in the team than Tapper overall.

Thanks a lot. The Brewers are a blast to paint. Love the sculpts. Just finished Stoker as well
  12. Balefirestorm's WIP

So finished up some more models. Now have only Stave and Stoker left of the Brewer's. And have to say that Mash is an amazingly fun model to paint

  14. A few years down the line...

To get around two new tokens? Heroic play: Like Lambs: When this model inflicts the Taken-Out condition on an enemy model, this model may immediately make a 2" Dodge and be allocated [1] INF. Keep "Good, Clean Fun" as a Legendary but change to: Good, Clean Fun [6" pulse]: Friendly [Human] Guild models in this pulse may immediately make a 2" Dodge and gains Finisher [4]. This way you get around at least 1 new token.
